This agreement will set forth the terms and conditions of your Rolling Hills Bed & Breakfast Cottage Lodging.
Check-In time: After 3 PM
Conditions:
· Guest will not engage in any activities which disturb the neighbors, cattle or wildlife. This is a working ranch with livestock. Animal behavior can be unpredictable. Do not walk or stand behind donkeys or cattle.
· Guest will not possess any illegal drugs or participate in any illegal activities. Guest will not discharge any firearms on the premises.
· No pets and no smoking in the cottage (outside smoking is permitted).
· Guest is responsible for all lost, stolen or damaged personal property or vehicles brought onto host’s property.
· All guest are encouraged to wear appropriate shoes, no sandals or open shoes are recommended.
· Host is not responsible for any insect bites, snake incidents, sprained ankles or the like since this is a natural area.
· An adult guest should always accompany children when out on Host’s property.
· Guest hereby releases host for any claims, damages or causes of action that guest may have because of any act or event occurring on host’s property.
· All rental fees are due at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, notify me at least 14 days in advance and if I am able to fill your room reservation then I will credit your one night pre-payment toward another two night stay at a later date that year. We do not give refunds. Be sure to receive a cancellation number. On special events (Czhilispiel, Bocktoberfest, MS150, Spring and fall Antique weeks, wedding guests) I will need 3 weeks notice. By that time I would have turned away many requests for lodging so you will have forfeited your prepaid deposit if you call me with short notice to cancel.
Landlord will furnish warm hospitality and very clean lodging. Coffee, cream and complimentary soft drinks will be provided in your cottage. We intend that your stay with us be enjoyable! |
